• Your email, to deliver reports, manage your account, and send transactional email.
• The market you ask us to analyze: your business idea and city. That is what we run the analysis on.
• Payment metadata from Stripe (amount, status). We never see or store your card number.
• Basic usage analytics, described below.

To run your analysis, deliver and store your reports, process payments, and send transactional email (report-ready, receipts, account notices). With your explicit opt-in we may send occasional product updates, and you can opt out at any time.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, and privacy-friendly product analytics to understand how the site is used. We do not run cross-site advertising trackers.

Service providers that process your data on our behalf: Supabase (auth, database, storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Anthropic (AI classification of the business idea you type), and Railway & Vercel (hosting).

To build a report we query public data sources (Google Places, US Census ACS, LODES, TIGER/Line, OpenStreetMap, BLS QCEW, Zillow ZORI). We send them the market location you entered, never your personal details.

We keep your account and reports while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account, which removes your account and unlinks your reports. Deleting your account also forfeits any unused report credits.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. Email us at support@denzify.com and we will respond promptly.
