1. What Denzify is

Denzify provides location-intelligence market reports built from Google Places and public data (US Census, LODES, OpenStreetMap). Reports are informational analyses to help you evaluate a market. They are not financial, investment, or real-estate advice, and we make no guarantee of business outcomes.

2. Pricing & payment

Reports are pay-per-report with no subscription: $89 per single report, or a $189 5-Pack (5 credits that never expire). Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card details.

3. Refunds

If our pipeline fails to generate your report, that report is refunded in full automatically. Unused 5-Pack credits are refundable.

4. Acceptable use

Don't resell, scrape, or redistribute reports at scale, or use the service to violate any law or third-party terms (including those of the underlying data providers).

5. No warranty & liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Denzify is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the report at issue.
